likely to forget. Traveling by train is perhaps the best way to arrive
in the city. Ferrara sits on the main track between Bologna and
Venice. There are 33 trains that pass the city from Bologna
each day. A trip to Ferrara from Bologna generally takes

around an hour.

if you are staying in Modena, you can take one of 11 buses that
travel to Ferrara each day. If you are planning to drive to Ferrara
from Bologna, the best route is to take A13 and head north. If you
are driving from Venice, A4 heading southwest to Padua and taking
A13 south is the best route.
