| Teramo, Italy
is located near the Vezzole torrent with the Tordino River. It is a very
ancient city and was founded during the pre-Roman period. The Theatre,
which was constructed around 30 B.C., and Amphitheatre still remain from
that era. The Cathedral, which was constructed in 1158 by Guido II, holds
a masterpiece by Nicola da Guardiagrele, done in 1433. Teramos
economy is based mostly on textiles, foods, building materials, and ceramics. |
